"Condo was clean , the were seperate bedrooms but both were in good condition. Staff was friendly and resourceful. Essentially I went with my kids and my mom it’s definitely family friendly there was so much to do around the property. Shuttle was helpful with traveling to the theme park"

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about our experience. The condo was dirty, smelled musty, and felt extremely dated. The air vents were caked with dust, and multiple members of my family began experiencing respiratory issues shortly after we arrived. The kitchen sink did not work and required a maintenance visit, and the furniture felt dirty as well. We were so concerned about the cleanliness that we purchased our own cleaning supplies and wiped everything down ourselves. The amount of dirt we removed was shocking. This was not a case of housekeeping simply missing a spot or two. The buildup of dust and grime appeared to be the result of months, if not years, of neglect. What is most surprising to me is the number of 4- and 5-star reviews this property receives. Our experience was completely inconsistent with those ratings. If cleanliness, air quality, and proper maintenance are important to you, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere."

"The hotel was a gem hidden on Vine St. It was great from check-in to check-out. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We found everything very clean and well maintained. It is also catered to children which my boys loved."

"Our room was very clean and quiet staff was very nice. The only thing that I didn't like was people were smoking in their cars in front of our room, so every time we opened the door smoke would come inside and I am a non smoker so thats really annoying. They should be more on top of that because I thought there was no smoking on the property and every morning people were sitting outside smoking . Also parents werent watching their kids in the pool . However I would return ."
