Great location Clean and tidy rooms Excellent staff Thank you

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday. Staff were exceptionally helpful. We arrived late in the evening and they quickly helped us arrange dinner somewhere nearby. We had a beautiful room overlooking the Dom. The hotel is located perfectly for the train station. Thank you to all the staff who also gave me a birthday card and cake.

If travelling to the Christmas markets this hotel is the perfect spot situated at the entrance of the best Christmas market in cologne and 5 minutes from the cathedral market 8 minutes from train station and the land train stops right outside the door fabulous

We have stayed here twice before and the only thing we would prefer is tea and coffee facilities in the room Not a deal breaker at all but would be nice Nice location with out the heavy price tag Staff really helpful

Hotel really modern and clean and the apartment was well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Everyone was really friendly and helpful and we had a really relaxing stay. The hotel is in a modern, fairly quiet area. The bridge to the cathedral and main town is a short walk away and the Messe/Deutz station is only a couple of minutes walk away. Overall, a lovely apartment hotel in a great location

Great location, polite staff who all spoke very good English. lovely clean room and the breakfast was excellent. We stayed the entire day there for work purposes and can only say the food was good, the beer was good and the cocktail was great value for money. The only slight negative was that the bed was a bit firm for me and the room got quite hot in the middle of the night but that was probably due to me not turning the air conditioning up high enough. highly recommended - you will not be...

Good location, parking next door with EV charging. One very small complaint was that the sink didn't drain. As we were only there one night, we didn't complain about it but really should have made them aware.

Great location - close to ferry across the river and town centre. Restaurant serves god food and the bar is well stocked.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Excellent hotel with good transport links nearby.

Lovely historic hotel in a beautiful spot next to the Rhine (Beer garden particularly beautiful on a sunny afternoon in early September!) Our room was a generous size and comfortable. Dinner was delicious and in a beautiful setting with amazing views and breakfast equally good, with a good amount of choices to suit everyone. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful which all made for a great stay. Thank you so much
