Situated at the rear of a commercial Estate, the Hotel was quiet. If you want an enjoyable stay, ensure you can speak Spanish, the Staff, for the main part, were friendly, and helpful. The Hotel itself is clean, well maintained in all areas. The Restaurant has an excellent menu, breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is well prepared and presented at a reasonable price. This was my first stay at this Hotel. The location is near the beach and the town of San Carlos is close (you can walk in 15 /20 mins). Ivan (the owner) really went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities at the hotel were great. Ate at the hotel almost every night as food and service was great. If you want or need a few days "chill time" I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Perfect location, very easy to find and only 10 minutes walk to the beach. Also very easy to take a bus straight into the city in less than two hours. Room was spotless and had a lovely en-suite. Breakfast was very nice, and the hosts were very welcoming. Nice pool area to relax in with nice atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again.

very good service level, loved the sunscreen at the pool and the amazing artwork around the resort, even for someone not that into art.
