"Overall nice place. Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything you need and places to sight see and experience Chicago. My only complaint was the occasional sewer smell. I would book again if I traveled back to Chicago. "

"It was expensive, but it was the least expensive hotel I could find in Downtown Chicago. It's only a few blocks away from where The Architecture Tour starts, and it's right on The Chicago River where you can have a relaxing walk by the river. The only negative to this hotel, and it's not the hotel's fault, but it's directly across the street from The Trump Tower."

"Older property but locations is great! One block from miracle mile. Rooftop bar was great. Staff wonderful! Had a fitness center that I didn’t use but it was quite large with lots of equipment. The breakfast buffet was adequate but not spectacular. The bus stop is one block from hotel and runs frequently if you need to go downtown. Also can want subway station to go back and forth from airport. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby!"

We got an excellent lunch recommendation from the bellhop, great communication from the front desk, some nice small perks (10% discount at the bar/restaurant, two complimentary bottles of water in the room, etc.).
