"Nice hotel, small, but good. Hotel stuffs are well trained and with warm hospitality. Room is good and clean, although not very large. Breakfast is very good. The location of the hotel is also nice."

"Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, simple, but pleasant and spacious for the 4 of us. We weren’t there a lot of the time, but for tourists wanting a good place to stay while visiting Otaru, it was nice."

"Nothing special Great location"

"Location is perfect. Room was clean and good size."

"My wife and i were here for snowboarding, and really enjoyed our stay. The location’s central, has a Seicomart just across the road, petrol station, and a coin laundry within a stone’s throw. And a Coop (supermarket) just down the road aswell. The bedroom configuration is pretty compressed/tight but that’s not too bad. Everything else is great. "

"Polite staff, clean rooms, nice lounge for guests "

"조식 훌륭합니다 거기다 웰컴음료에 가까운상점가도 있고.."

"Check in was great. Staff was lovely. Facilities were better than expected. The rest area was amazing."

"The location is quite close to the main tourist street, but a little steep for walking. The unmanned automatic checkin system was fairly well set up (no front desk staff), but some important messages were not relayed properly through the Hotels. com app, so make sure to check messages on the actual website to get the code you will need for the checkin process. The room had a nice view and was mostly clean and comfortable."

"Onsen was excellent on property"

"A couple from China stayed at the right next to may room and they talked loudly from 3:00 AM and the wall between us was very thin, so I couldn’t sleep well."
