"Room was very nice to look at but the charger on one side of the bed did not work. In addition the door to the bathroom was exceptionally loud when opening g or closing - awakening myself or my wife when going to the bathroom at ight. I ultimately gauge a hotel by how well I sleep. My wife and I did not sleep well. (Could not upload video documenting noise from door opening and closing the door. They only accepted photos)."

We left at 5:15am and we're surprised to be told that the early morning breakfast wasn't available. (Staff were setting up for the more complete meal). However, one staff member made it possible to put together a small sandwich to go."

"An ideal locale for exploring Copenhagen, a city that can be like a maze at times. Yet the main areas a traveler might take an interest in are all within a walkable distance, including Tivoli gardens and the palace. Dining options are plentiful as well, especially pubs.
Loved their lounge area with free snacks and beer and wine. Yes you read that correctly. Also the staff were super helpful as we tried to navigate the bus to the Oslo ferry. In fact the online instructions to the bus were wrong, something staff were able to remedy. Might have been lost otherwise.
