We had a short break in this beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Meals and service excellent. Spa treatments were a luxurious treat, thoroughly recommend.

This was of the best hotels i have stayed in. It is comfortable, friendly with excellent staff and service.

Greenhill's is a trip back in time before everything became electronic, there are no fancy key entry system or self service check-in, you are greeted at the entrance with a smiling face, a porter takes your cases to your room but doesn't show you how to turn on the light expecting a massive tip, everyone is worm while being very efficient at there job, nothing seems to much trouble, We stayed here for 3 nights, our room was nice and clean with a good size bathroom, there are also quite rooms...

Beautiful hotel, helpful staff. Wonderful range of breakfast food, all fresh and delicious. Indoor and outside pool so good for all weathers. Just across road from beach with direct access route for hotel guests. Great sea view rooms which were immaculately cleaned daily.

This was our second stay at The Grand which has now become our 'go to' hotel when we are in Jersey.

For a truly relaxing break this hotel has it all. On arrival at 09.50, room not ready which was expecting. At 10.43 the receptionist telephone me on my mobile to say the room was ready for us, very good service. The hotel was very clean, all staff polite and helpful. One morning at 06.30 whilst going out into the garden area with a cup of coffee from our room, the night porter took the coffee off us and said he would make us some real coffee. From arriving at reception to checking out, my experience at this hotel was great. I had a single room which was a good size with more than adequate drawer and wardrobe space. The bathroom - shower and bath - was a good size. I had been slightly worried by some of the previous posts about the hotel location and distance from the centre of St Helier, but this was not a problem for me. Had a fantastic time in this wonderful hotel. The views are to be seen, to be believed. Position couldn't be better, close to beach, park and the Lalique glass church, don't miss that one. Buses run every 15 mins bottom of the road, very easy to get around.

We were impressed with the Merton, Room was clean and comfortable, Food was lovely, The Staff were very friendly, and the facilities were excellent, we were also close to all amenities, I'm sure we will return soon, can't wait!!

I am a very fussy person and it has to be said i had not 1 thing to complain about the staff were extremely polite and nothingcwas roo much trouble, it was very clean and tidy the food was amazing and the breakfast was always very good .i would recommend this hotel to anyone

The hotel was everything I had hoped for and more, The room was large, very clean and the bed(and pillows} were so comfortable that I could have spent all weekend in bed! Situated about 10 minute walk from the centre of St Helier The Savoy is a very comfortable, friendly hotel. The room was clean, breakfast plentiful and the evening restaurant food delicious and no more expensive than other local eateries. We even swam in the lovely outdoor pool.
