"Staff were very friendly and helpful and made the hotel feel like home. The rooms were very clean, our room had a lovely view of the city and access to a shared balcony. The many small amenities from sewing kits to make up removing tissues were appreciated. Dunedin is hilly, so the walk back up to the hotel from the town requires a reasonable level of fitness. Driving is easy as an alternative"
