Room was perfect, being west-facing meant the mornings stayed nice and cool, which was great for breakfast outside, and then the afternoon sun was ideal for sunbathing. Just come back from 10 days at Horizon Beach Hotel. The property was clean and appropriately fitted out for a three star hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the centre of the resort. There are ample car parking space on-site. Overall I thought the Horizon Beach Hotel offered good value for money.

Fantastic stay here recently. Staff was so friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect - great view from our balcony over the port and easy walk to loads of restaurants and bars and to the Old Town. Would definitely book again!

This hotel is perfect for a quiet, luxurious getaway. Everything is very modern and clean, the staff are so lovely and go to such lengths to make your stay as comfortable and lovely as possible. The grounds are so beautiful, the pools are lovely, the sunbeds are very comfortable, and you are literally on the beach front. The wifi is probably the only thing which could be improved, so this is not a place you can work from. But the perfect place to switch off, relax and unwind.

I spent 2 nights at Menta City hotel with my husband and 2 teenage children in Aug 2024. Our room was clean and spacious. The roof top breakfast was delicious, with stunning views. The walk to the old town was around 15 minutes. We loved the restaurants and browsing the many shops.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Casa Dei Delfini. The building has been beautifully renovated by the owners and was very easy to find from the instructions given. It is located in a pedestrian area which is very quiet and very typical of Old Town Rethymno, and a few minutes walk away from all local amenities and sites. Had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Maid service every day. Plenty of sunbeds. Near all amenities, lovely restaurants, supermarkets and a short walk to the sea. Breakfast was very nice, we especially liked the Greek yoghurt. The room was a good size for the three of us, maybe just lacked an extra wardrobe and set of drawers, but other than that absolutely no complaints. Marinos Beach Hotel Apartments were great! You couldn't get a better location, a stones throw from the beach and close to some great bars, restaurants and shops. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean and there was always plenty of hot water for a shower at the end of the day. The breakfasts were delicious. Staff were all very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them and they were very attentive to our needs. Thank you!

What an absolute wonderful stay at the Theartemis Palace - Such lovely staff through out the building - especially Marianna/Sofia who was working the pool side most days - Nothing was ever a problem and she was incredibly friendly. Myself and my wife found the hotel Fortezza, along with the staff and amenities first class, we have stayed in many hotels all around the world and can honestly say that even though it may not be a 5star rated accommodation, it met all of the most important requirements Ie., cleanliness, excellent helpful staff, good amenities, great location.
