"The clean room! The wonderful courtesy staff, especially the elder gentleman who is the concierge! The driver who took us to the Galleria! The perfect lady who checked us in! She also gave us a great suggestion on BBQ and she was spot on! Austin’s near the airport! Oh and the persons who waited on us at breakfast!!!! "

"What a great stay!!! The staff was super friendly. The room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was huge with great water pressure. What more could you ask for?? My only “complaint” is that they offer you a free beer at check in, but there are no other options for people that don’t drink. That’s not really a complaint but just something that could be done to be more accommodating. My stay was perfect "
