Lovely helpful staff in a great building in a fab location. As others have said, wonderful breakfast! We will definitely stay here again when in Santa Cruz.

Everything is spot on. Brilliant welcome, accommodation is immaculate, the food is very good quality with a vast selection at the breakfast and dinner buffets The staff are really friendly and more than happy to organise anything for you. Highly recommended.

Absolutely lovely and extremely helpful staff. Great location. We stayed only during the day until the afternoon because of sudden change of plans but in the hours we spent we could see everything was perfect. Very spacious, light and comfortable.

It was nice sleeping with the sea nearby.

Fantastic hotel near the airport and with great location to other destinations - easy commuting by local bus. Hotel is right by the ocean - great view. Food with great variety and convenient time frames. Very spacious this time a year (january) but still busy. Evening Entertainment available, spa and sauna in the hotel. Not much variety on tv chanels - mainly in german and very poor wi fi but in general great value for money.

Pros Beautifully furnished house. Plenty of utilities to use. Tastefully themed rooms. Good location for walks. Very good value for money. Cons Unfortunately, one of the main beautiful pictures of the outside of the house is not actually the same properly. Rather misleading. Our particular bed was very hard. Bathroom’s inconveniently placed on the far side of the house. Walk through living area to get to bathroom. Code we were given to open the inner door would not work.

Very nice hotel, the beds were quite firm but the hotel staff gave us a mattress topper and it sorted out everything. The room had an AC, and TV. The breakfast was great. We loved it thank you!

We highly recommend this fabulous hotel. It is beautifully designed throughout with lovely antique furniture and paintings - to give you an idea how attractive it even does tours for the cruise ships as part of a heritage package (they only came once in the week and did not disturb at all). Being adult only means it is so peaceful and it's location, essentially surrounded by banana plantations, means you get no noise disturbance at all. But it is not isolated, you are 2 minutes walk into...
