"The Hyatt isn’t what it used to be. It may have been in an older room on the 11th floor but there were parts of the carpet that were a little sticky in the bathroom floor was sticky as well. I had to wipe it down. There was also long brown hair on the outside of the toilet basin. Got an early check in and the bar area was open and nice"

"The price for the hotel was amazing, great value, and overall I was well pleased with the hotel and the room. Also, the staff both in the evening and morning were 5 stars plus, very friendly and attentive. What was a concern to me was while walking in the hallways the wallpaper appeared worn out and what was not cool was our bathroom door had the paint pealing off of it [I tried to convince my wife and son that it was actually a part of a design on the door]."

"Although the Westin was away from the city, we found the area of Elk Grove to be really nice with many places to eat and get coffee. It was a bit slower pace which we appreciate. It has a nice restaurant inside and a snack/coffee shop. The staff was very attentive if you needed anything. "
