"A lucky choice on my route, when i booked this hotel. Its run by a very welcoming Dutch man and his wife. I had a very nice evening meal along with some other Dutch guests, so very pleasant. My room had everything i wanted, was clean and comfortable and had a great view of the lake. It also overlooked where my motorbike was parked, which was a bonus. I did enjoy my stay and would definately stay again. "

"Our 3 week tour starting in the Ardeche valley, culminated in our last of 5 hotel stopovers being at Croix de Reh due to its proximity to the Lac de Vassiviere - a stunning location - pre planned on our trip. Croix de Reh was far and away the best of our hotel experiences on our entire trip. The property itself is full of old world charm and our room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Owners Peter and Galla are friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble in making us feel at home. Peter was on hand with a beer and a chat by the pool. And Galya prepared some fantastic meals. All at a very competitive price. We have no hesitation in offering the strongest recommendation for hotel Croix de Reh. "
