"We had a great stay at Hyatt Place. The rooms were clean and very spacious, which made our stay really comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and they made us feel well taken care of the whole time. The location was also very convenient, especially for tour pickups, which made getting around really easy. Breakfast was simple but good, with enough options to start the day. One thing we really appreciated was their help with our early flight. They didn’t have an airport shuttle available at 4 AM, so the hotel arranged and paid for a Lyft to make sure we got to the airport on time. That extra effort really stood out to us. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely come back."

"I was there for 5 days and cleaning staff did not come up once to clean the trash or replace my towels. The laundry room is there but the machines are disgusting with grime and smells bad. There was only one that I found appearing used by anyone at all. A laundromat on College and University has better machines, prices, and doesn't make you feel yuck!"

"What it is, is a fully furnished 1BR apt in an apartment complex. I guess you could say it is a hotel. I would not call it a resort, but that is fine. It is decent sized 1BR apt for the price of a tiny hotel room!! Close to shopping and restaurants. We shall return next winter. "
