Great hotel overall, with the location and free meals a real highlight. It is worth people understanding that the underground car park is very narrow for large SUVs. The beds were also very firm, but that seems to be standard in Scandinavia.

This was an absolutely lovely hotel. Friendly greeting when I arrived, and the free tea and cakes in the dining room were much appreciated after my flights. I loved the character and charm of this hotel. Would definitely stay again, as I plan to visit Bergen again next year.

Best breakfast in Bergen. Lift out of action but receptionist carried my case up two flights of stairs. Staff very helpful and friendly. Called us a cab and let us make tea when we arrived back very wet. Really liked the ambience of the dining room beautifully decorated in modern Norwegian style. Well done we will be back.

Excellent property in an excellent location.

A lovely studio in a slightly elevated residential location 5-7 minutes walk from the tram terminus in the town centre. Fresh, clean, very modern inside and very well equipped. We have even spotted a washing machine in a 1st floor cupboard but can’t be sure if it’s for the guests’ use so it might be worth enquiring. The building is surrounded by a nice mixture of traditional wooden houses and more modern architecture. You can even see a tiny sliver of the harbour from the kitchenette window. We...

Everything was good

If you want to be close enough to Bergen, but more secluded and quiet, this is a great place. It’s about a 20 minute drive, right on the water near a relaxed community (little town is about 8 minutes away down some winding roads). The views are great. The structure is nice, different units within…almost like a place you might rent out for a wedding or an event for all guests, but the units are also rentable separately. We stayed in an apartment because we like to have a kitchen to do our own...
