"The situation of the hotel, near the main square of Osorno, is OK. A parking lot is provided. But the room war rather narrow and dark. Breakfast was OK. The staff was not particularly friendly. What shocked me, was that they wanted to charge me an amount in pesos at a fantasy rate above the effective rate."

"A well run family business with kind, caring, friendly, helpful, hardworking hosts & staff - Katherine, Christian, their parents, Carlos, the chef, Valentina, & housekeepers. Both service & food were excellent. The place is spotless! You could eat off the floor! My only suggestion would be to eventually get a new shower enclosure & harder mattresses. I would highly recommend this hotel!! "
