Palacio de Santa Inés hotel

10/10 Excellent
"A great location, our room even had a super view of the Alhambra. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly, looking after our baggage until we left in the late afternoon. The hotel itself was very quaint and historic but showing some signs of needing a little bit of restoration. Overall a brilliant choice for a stay in Granada and really good value for money. "

"Needed to change rooms because of smell in the bathroom and an unstable bed. Basement area itself is not very pretty. Rain poured in from the roof light above into central area. Numa moved us from this basement room to the first floor which was much better. Quite noisy as room faces the street. Earplugs are supplied. Centrally located. All communication is online so refer to the WhatsApp number on the info sheet if you need to contact Numa. "

Alhambra Palace Hotel

Alhambra Palace Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"The Alhambra Palace Hotel is a beautiful property perched on the hill, making it an effortless walk to the Alhambra itself, a huge plus if that’s the reason for your visit. The hotel has a grand, atmospheric feel that perfectly complements the surroundings. The walk into town is a bit longer, but honestly it’s worth it for the location and the peaceful setting above the city. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Granada."

8/10 Good
"The room was very nice. Breakfast was great and Marina a nd the chef were very friendly. There isn't a bar so relaxing at the end of the day in the hotel isn't an option. They allow dogs and unfortunately for us there was a very noisy dog one night kept us awake til nearly midnight. We complained, the staff apologised and checked, the dog was checking out that morning. Other than that, a nice hotel. "

"The room was very nice and was equipped with everything we needed for our 2 day stay. Location was perfect to see the sights. We had rented a car and drove to this location, the roads were tight which was expected but they had a large garage next door to park our car. Staff was amazing and were very helpfull upon arrival explaining, in English, all the great sites to see and how to get to them. Public transit was close bye. "
