Mitch was the best hotel Conceirge we ever had. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel property was comfortable but what really made our hotel experience enjoyable was Mitch. Cute lil staycation place

Great little place very nicely located. The lake is only a few blocks walk, the village is the same, and the casinos are a short drive away. We didnt like that it was advertised as pet friendly and then a 50$ per night charge was added after the non refundable stay was booked. The TV also didnt have apps and only some sketchy cable. Great cute place tho to stay for cheap!

Place was ok for the price and location but the whole night there was some weird sound in a pattern and upper floor creaking that did not let us sleep properly. Stay in upper floor if you want to sleep.

Stayed only 1 night at this property. Very small room, loud, uncomfortable bed. No wine glasses, no complimentary morning coffee, rude office staff. Nearby beach charges $30 to use it. Surprise charge of $70 for my 2 small dogs to stay. No I would not stay again. Should have went with the other choices I looked at.

Property having lots of construction. When crew left an alarm kept going off. Went to tell desk and she didn’t seem inclined to fix. Finally told her we wouldn’t stay if it continued. She finally handled. We were under mandatory evacuation due to wild fire and her attitude just was awful.

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel as the bathroom shower has mold in several areas. Heater has an old smell when it went on. I requested a refund for one night as we cut our stay short and when I checked out I was told yes my refund got approved, called the hotel 2 times and emailed them 3 times to inquire about the refund never heard back. Bad customer service.

Check in was easy & pleasant. The room - spacious & clean. The bed was clean & comfortable. Unfortunately, there was NO closet, No vanity to place one's toiletries, no chest or dresser to place one's clothes.The only place to sit was a hard metal chair that sat at a "desk" that was unpainted plywood attached to the wall. I also was unable to locate a remote control for the TV. This place could be really nice if they would invest in furniture. Would love to see it updated. The staff was excellent, the area beautiful.

DO NOT GO IN THE WINTER/SNOW. There space heater by the door stops working and staff will tell you to reset it, so you will be up half the night resetting it and praying it works. Then they have a second wall heater that stays on 24/7 so you will sweat your heart out.

Heavenly Inn and Secrets inn, BEST bang for your $

Honestly this is a little gem! I had my service dog and they were accommodating of us. We got a very nice secluded room, 301, and I was surprised at the size of it. It was the couples suite I’m assuming, with the fancy soaking tub. And a separate shower and toilet. Fireplace was amazing, TV rotates and is huge. I think they were nervous seeing the dog so often, but he’s professionally trained so hopefully I can come stay again. Compared to other hotels in this area, this is honestly the place to go. The others just looked run down! This place is quiet, clean, lots of cameras and the customer service was awesome. I will be back and I will suggest this hotel to my friends and family!

Instead of fortnight stay, I told them two days in advance that I’m leaving early one day, and the woman who worked at the front desk said said she cannot do that because I paid through Expedia. At the time and happening now blizzard storm happening which entire America knew about it, and requested us to leave early never is less. I never got my money back or credit for not staying there Night which I paid in advance which I think ridiculous and horrible
