Great service and clean room

The staff provided friendly and resourceful service. The travel desk effectively arranged sightseeing tours for guests. However, the rooms needed a fresh coat of paint, and the bathrooms required renovation to enhance their appeal.

We had a wonderful stay at Virgin Valley. The hospitality was excellent, with the staff being very supportive and attentive throughout our visit. The hill view room was fantastic, offering a breathtaking view that made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and stunning scenery.

We (2 adults and 2 kids) had a pleasant stay at Stumpfields. It is 500 meters above Ooty town and within half an hour driving distance. This picturesque place is quiet, serene and well-maintained. Plenty of small and medium sized birds can be seen in and around the property. Breakfast prepared by the staff was very good and homely and the rooms are well maintained. The stay is good luxurious experience for a budget price. The staff is very supportive as well. I would recommend this stay to everyone. It is very close to the city centre as well

During our stay at the Savoy in Ooty, we were endlessly impressed with the level of service by all staff from the gardeners to the managers who were attentive and nothing was ever too much trouble.
