Stayed for 3 nights for a business trip, was okay, the breakfast options were satisfactory. They are pretty eco-friendly which is a plus. It was pretty clean and the shower was nice. Clearly well kept hotel, if another business trip to ratingen happens, I would stay again, but maybe take a bigger room next time.

Lovely Town
Hotel is within walking distance of the town centre and has a tram station across the wat ,100 yards which is the U 702 which takes 20 into Dusseldorf.Ratingen itself is a quaint little town with a lovely market square.Only downside to the hotel was no air conditioning especially as we had a heatwave with temperatures in the 30s.Staff were nice and there is a restaurant in the hotel.

As the room was very hot we had to leave the window open, which made for a noisy night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast gave us an ample choice of food.

Location is good. Everything nearby. The only bigger minus was the parking. There is just few parkingplaces at the hotel so it was everyday little tricky to find a place for a car. Normally those were almost all taken.

Paid quite a lot as the hotel is close to the showgrounds. Room smelt like smoke and the hotel couldn't do anythign as the hotel was fully booked.

The property was really great and Ratingen is a lovely place. Only thing for me was I asked for an extra pillow 5 times and still didn’t get one. I might be being picky though to be fair. Other than that it was great.

A nice stay close to Dusseldorf
The location of the hotel was very good, it is walking distance from Ratingen City Center that means you can reach to anything with walking distance. If you have to visit Dusseldorf you can definitely stay in this hotel if you have a car. The only problem was parking; the hotel offers free parking spaces but they are limited and it is difficult to park in that spot. One night, I parked in the last possible gap; I do not know where I could park if I came a little later. There is also a very nice sushi restaurant in the hotel and it only serves to hotel guests. I definitely suggest eating there at least once; they have very good appetizers and decent prices.

Convenient and best Value for your money.
Great hotel. Central location at walking distance from Ratingen center. The service is excellent as the staff always willing to help and make your stay pleasant. The breakfast has all the options you can imagine with different types of coffees and teas.
There is a sushi restaurant at ground floor for lunch or dinner with high quality dishes. They have room service if you don’t want to move from your room. Additionally, you can pay with international credit cards.
The is a bus stop just in front the hotel or you can call a tax that will reach in 5 minutes or less.
The main bus station (Ratigen mitten) with buses to different directions is 5 to 10 minutes walking.

I have stayed at this property 4 or 5 times over the last two years as it is located close to family. I have noted that the cleanliness has definitely declined. I brought issues up to staff twice during my two week stay. Overall, many of the issues were not addressed.
