Great place to stay!
Front desk was nice, room and bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and temperature. There were great food choices and a water taxi to take you around. The staff was very very helpful and kind. We have been to Laughlin four times and this was the best hotel we stayed in.

I like staying at Harrah’s Laughlin because I enjoy their beach, clean water and always refreshing to take a dip, best in Laughlin imho.
Parking is good, room was very comfortable and guy fieros Mexican restaurant is excellent. Best value for the buck for me.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. Every detail, from the comfortable bed to the luxurious toiletries, was thoughtfully curated.

All the staff was amazing! Everybody was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the slots. I think the beach should have restrooms nearby and Landscape could be improved. Even empty fountains could be either used as fountains or as planters overall enjoyed my time there.

It was great for a weekend stay, there is only one place to eat late there so, beware. The cocktail servers at the machines ignored us the majority of the time, so that wasn’t great. Bell service was excellent! Jim helped us out and was on top of keeping our items available for us.

Harrahs, an ok hotel
Harrahs used to be 5 star hotel but not anymore, just ok. Rooms need an upgrade. Dirty carpeting throughout the casino and the rooms, cracked tile in bathroom. Improve the air quality in the casino for non smokers. Too many kids in the casino.
On the good side, the staff is extremely friendly. The restaurants are very clean and the food is good.

We had a good time and would recommend visiting this property. Great view from the North Tower of the Colorado River. Enjoyed the table games and the dealers were very friendly. Not crazy about $12 charge for early check-in (20 minutes). I was given the choice to use one of the kiosks and not pay the fee, I payed the fee. The beach is the highlight of the property and is perfect during this time of year, but $13.95 for a single beer at the beach bar is a little extreme for this location in my opinion.

I would invite the president/ ceo, chairman of the board to stay in a room!!! They would be mortified! Mold, mildew, stinky, dirty, outdated, run down. The doors slam shut and are a safety hazard and liability… Caesar’s can’t afford descent coffee creamers or coffee in the rooms…Not a resort! Upgraded rooms got me a room of the rooftop..
They need to clean and update this filthy property! I do not recommend this property!

Enjoyable trip overall but we ran into a few problems. The front desk never answered the phone any time that we attempted to call from the room. We checked in during a busy time and only one express kiosk was working & front desk only had two staff members, so the line was long. Plus, the line for express check in and the desk were not separate, so if you wanted to use the one working kiosk, you had to wait behind everyone else. Not a very 'express' experience at all. Rooms are just okay, we stayed in the north tower. I like that the food court was right downstairs but the rooms have no pictures, nor mirrors. Only two very small pillows per bed. Everything looked very minimalist. Great waterfront view however and the casino itself is enjoyable. Loved the restaurants and my daughter had a great time at the arcade. Most of the customer service outside of the room itself was great.

Labor Day weekend stay
Upon arrival all 3 self check in kiosk were unavailable and line was about an hour wait. Never in my life I have experienced such a line for any hotel or resort. The restroom wasn't cleaned very good. Elevators were dirty and extremely hot but the casino and room were good temperature. It had both proa and cons. Staff dowb by the beach were extremely polite especially the female with long dark hair, I forgot her name but she is a very hard worker and professional.

For the price of it to me it was fine. But I do have this against it for one the room was not ok the ac didn’t really work. Two the bedding was horrible like the pillows were just like someone threw socks in them. We did not sleep well there.
Check in was great but check out was not ok. We were being charged for something we did not ask for. We did get refund but that wasn’t the point.
The only thing we enjoyed was being at the beach and that’s all that was good.
