After traveling by planes and trains, Levante Spa at the Conrad Hotel Hamburg was a welcome respite. I had a 90-minute deep tissue massage with Reena, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I get a lot of massages, and this one truly stood out — she was super friendly, clearly a pro, and worked with real care to make sure she hit all the spots I'd mentioned needed extra attention. Afterward, I got to unwind even further in the lovely sauna, steam rooms, and pool, which made for a truly great day of relaxation from start to finish. The hotel itself was lovely and special from start to finish. Our room was spacious, perfect, and spotlessly clean, with a balcony to enjoy. The staff were wonderful, and the food and drinks were excellent throughout our stay. The location couldn't be better either — perfectly central and an easy walk to Hamburg's main train station, plus nearby shops and restaurants. Highly recommend the Conrad Hamburg for anyone looking for a truly special stay.

This is a truly spectacular hotel, from both an architectural and design perspective. Iconic and typical of Hamburg's art deco heritage. The pool and spa were fabulous: beautiful, luxurious and perfectly maintained. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly and very helpful (in particular at the conciergery where a lovely young woman managed to procure me a taxi in very tight circumstances entirely of my own making). All round a slick operation - would love to visit again.

This is a very nice hotel located in a promenade area. Lots of tourists and other pedestrians the moment you set foot outside the hotel, but also good shopping and restaurants right out side the hotel. The concierge was terrific. The hotel has an odd configuration that we did not love; you have to take an elevator up from the street level to reception and then a different elevator up to the rooms. Lots of elevators to get in and out of the hotel. Our room had an interior view only which felt claustrophobic. I would definitely recommend that you request an exterior view room.

If you want a luxury stay in Hamburg, this is the place. Located in the middle of the shopping streets. Wonderful spa, and gym which you have to try. The breakfast was outstanding. Great and very helpful staff. Walking distance to Hauptbanhof, if you travelling by train or the train to the airport. Will for sure return

Don’t stay here during the summer this hotel does not have air-conditioning at all I kept on turning the air conditioner in the room down nothing was happening until an employee told me the next morning that this hotel doesn’t have air-conditioning. Their computer during checkout would break down and we had to wait extra long for them to type in all our information all over again. Three check out their printer wouldn’t work so they couldn’t print out any bill for us. At breakfast everybody was sweating because it was so hot. They blamed the situation on the old building however it is easy to install a retrofit air conditioning to the venting system in a supposed five star hotel
