Its breakfast is superb…very delicious. Its location is also good for sightseeing.

8/10 Very good

Nice staff. Location is not central, but the hotel is set in a nice neighborhood, with enough dinning options around, and very close to bus stops and metro station. Quite convenient. Not much to say, it delivers what is expected from an Ibis budget. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is ok, good value for money.

Really good hotel. 30 minutes away from anything you want. Not a lot of options for breakfast but that's ok.

Loved it all. Large shower, enough space

6/10 Good

We were promissed Air con, which was not working even when it was boiling outside, the rooms are super cramped.
Verified review

6/10 Good

Rooms in madrid centro are way overpriced for what they offer, including this one. Room and everything in it is small. Would repeat only in an emergency, and only to sleep.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Polite and friendly staff. The room was very clean. Hotel is next to a metro stop so easy access to anywhere in the city. Only minor issues was the walls seemed paper thin. If you had noisy guests and are a light sleeper you might struggle. Also even with the window closed the outside noise was loud. Basic breakfast but enough choice and good coffee. The breakfast area did feel a little cramped. I have stayed in a budget ibis before so no what to expect. No complaints for the money payed to stay in central Madrid.

It was adequate for my time in Madrid. A kettle would have been useful though.

Ok
Verified review

2/10 Poor

The rooms were very cramped. The shower was literally next to the bed which was extremely gross. No locks on toilet door. No place to keep luggage. There was a bunk bed with a terrible design. It was more of a hazard where one could keep banging their head while moving around the lower bed.
