The hotel is veryngood, the location is super, bus stop number 100 is right innfront of the hotel, it will take you directly to Alexanderplats. The rooms are ok, but no watter bottle, or phones or any room service. But you can get everything very cheap in supermarket in front of the hotel. Hotel is clean and safe.

Perfectly acceptable place to stay that is convenient to the metro and buses that will take you to the main attractions. Has a luggage room to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. No fridge in room, housekeeping is not daily, one lift was out of service. Shower head does not fit on holder and therefore kept falling off, looked as if it never fitted on properly at any point in time.

Problème de flux d'air qui ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre : chambre humide, froide. Écoulement d'eau (humidité) le long des fenêtres au bout du deuxième jour. Finalement, malgré notre patience, nous avons rapporté ce problème auprès de la réception. Le technicien n'étant pas présent pour réparer la climatisation (et l'aération des flux), la réception nous à proposer de changer de chambre. Proposition acceptée sur le champ ! Aucun problème pour la dernière moitié de notre séjour.
