Provide Evian water at all times. Elegant furniture and quiet room. Excellent concierge with great recommendations for food and activities.
Central and convenient location. Walk to K11 Musea and other shoppings.

It was a great hotel experience. Only disappointment was that the room wasn't ready on check in. But staff made us comfortable in the spa whilst the room was made up. The ambiance however is really spoilt by the hoards of people taking selfies and posing for photos both outside the hotel and in the main hall, on the stairs and with the christmas tree. You feel you were in a photo shoot and not a hotel. !
