Spacious room on 6th floor.
Welcoming staff from doorman through to reception team & all bar staff / breakfast staff we met.
Definitely a stay to remember.
It seemed to us that this hotel is undergoing a refurb / redecoration which is going very well. The ambience of the hotel was very good. Light bites in the bar exceptional. Best thing about this hotel : the team working there.

They’ve done a good job with the refurbishment of this wonderful old hotel. It’s just a shame that there are just a few small things letting it down a bit.

Staff were all really pleasant and helpful. Room was recently refurbished, lovely decor, furniture and bedding. Had bar snacks in the evening in beautiful surroundings and the food was very good. Used the valet parking at the front of the hotel, which was wonderful as it was pouring with rain! Overall a great trip🎄!
