Convenient location for a day trip to Europapark or Strasbourg, but Offenburg itself is a cute little black forest town as well with plenty of shopping, dining and other facilities. i really like the fact the localisation was close to my event However the room looks very old and the staffs were rude as i am going to run with the breakfast money . they humiliated me asking to pay i was not able to eat properly . I never seen that usually after you finish your stay you can pay the sold at the reception . I am disappointed i never eat in their restaurant again .

The room was quite run down and did not live up to what I expect from a 4-star hotel, even accounting for the fairly low price. In addition the pillows where tiny meaning that the bed became uncomfortable! When we asked the reception for more, they only had one additional pillow for me and my boyfriend to share. Die Toilette war nicht richtig sauber. Das Zimmer (516) war sehr hellhörig und direkt gegenüber vom Aufzug, wo viele Leute sich bis spät in die Nacht unterhalten haben, zusätzlich steht ein brummender Snack-Automat direkt vor der Tür. Und was absolut gar nicht geht ist der muffige Gestank im ganzen Zimmer, welcher vermutlich im Teppich drin steckt und vermutlich früher in diesem Zimmer geraucht wurde!
