From the check in we were extremely pleased with the service & information we received. Britt, who checked us in gave us informative local knowledge and her obvious pleasure at being able to share stories of the area was very refreshing. The other reception staff also gave us great service. The location was easy to find and well situated to enable us to enjoy Skagen. The restuarant service was also of a high standard, our waitperson was most obliging and our meal was a treat. The breakfast was also very satisfying with a wide variety of choices. Our room was quiet, easily accessible with parking nearby. The bed was also very comfortable. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thanks to all the staff!

Rented one of the apartments … pretty nice, but basic in design and lacking usual kitchen amenities (microwave, kitchen towels, wash cloths, salt & pepper, etc.) found in other apartment properties. If not provided it may be helpful to provide a list of items needed to bring.

It was a pleasure to stay here. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in.
Service is as expected wonderful.
A lot of old grumpy tourist that liked to conplain, but the waiters/hotel staff handled it all with a smile.

Very thin walls, we could hear the neighbors, loud and clear.
Ordering some drinks for us and guests we were requested to, except signing the bill, also go and pick up and show the room key.
We understand it as a security thing…

Dont wanna go back.
We book a junior suite with hottub for our wedding night, but when we arrived they tried to give us a normal room. I had to discuss this with the reception, before we got our room. I even wrote in the booking that this was for iur wedding. The hottub did not work. There only came air out through one hole and in the shower the soap dispenser for body, was totally empty.
The breakfast was kind of ok, but not a lot to choose from and our bread that is very typical danish bread and you can get fresh everywhere was very dry. And if you come home late at night its hard to find parking in the hotel parking lot.
It is not worth the 400 eur for 1 night.

God service og hyggelig personal. Leiligheten var helt perfekt for oss. Litt lite utstyr på kjøkkenet og kjøkkenkniven var litt sløv. Sovesofaen var litt ubehagelig å ligge på, klumpete og knirket veldig.

Unica piccola pecca è che abbiamo chiesto di aggiungere una notte e la struttura non ha potuto offrirci un buon prezzo scontato, considerando che avevamo già dormito due notti. Peccato. Basterebbe così poco. Per il resto splendido davvero. Eravamo a casa.
