The resort is nice , staff is friendly , lots of entertainment. The food isn’t the best , I didn’t expect much for an all inclusive resort …. Lots of bugs flying around in the buffet , same food over and over again everyday!!!! They need more restaurant options and better dessert options.

Room was a good size, clean and tidy, not sure about the open bathroom in the rooms (very conscious every time I used the facilities).
Staff were great, entertainment team were 'on it' all of the time, always a smile no matter what time of day and you were not pushed into taking part if you didn't want to.
Lots of dining options but the booking system for the non-buffet options were limiting, the buffet options could lead to long waits but it is a very large property with lots of rooms/guests that have to be looked after.

Excellent place , good food, excelent service but the parking was a nightmare, i had to park my car outside because there was no space inside, at least you guys must have someone who help to park people outside the building, worst parking experience ever.

From the moment we arrived at Sunscape Coco Punta Cana, we felt truly welcomed. The security guard who greeted us was exceptionally kind, setting the tone for the outstanding service that followed. At the reception, the staff was very attentive, and to our surprise, we were invited to a VIP lounge to complete our check-in in a more comfortable and personalized way.
Our room exceeded expectations: it offered a beautiful view of the pool and was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, from toothbrushes and toothpaste to moisturizing cream. Everything was spotless, and the air conditioning kept the room perfectly comfortable throughout our stay.
The staff, both in the restaurants and around the resort, stood out for their friendliness and professionalism. The dining experience was another highlight, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that made every meal memorable.
In short, our experience was excellent from start to finish. Sunscape Coco Punta Cana offers not only attentive and heartfelt service but also well-maintained facilities and outstanding cuisine, making every guest feel truly welcomed and valued.

We mostly enjoyed our stay at the property. Thevstaff was friendly and helpful. The dining facilities where ok, the staff there was awesome. Only thing I did not enjoy was the fact that the moment you step on the beach atea one was bombarded with people trying to sell excursions and trinkets. No matter how often you said no thank you 10 others approached you. Inside the hotel where sales people for Hyatt selling you a membership at the property next door. We where told about a breakfast next door and we where undecided about going only to be eoken up early the next morning by phone to see where we where for our APPOINTMENT.We didn't want to be rude so we went and it turned out yo be a 4 hour sales pitch with 3 different salesguys selling you a $24000 membership...WHAAAAAT???

Rooms smelled musty. Upgraded to Sunclub thought it would be nice room.... nooo. Pool chemicals had to be off. Turned my sterling silver ring brown. Sun club buffet same as regular buffet...food was subpar. Sushi was just sitting out on a counter at breakfast time ..... Al a carte restaurants were tiny - forcing people to eat at buffets. Sun club bar always was out of something..You could tell staff was trying to make things good.
