Exceptional service. Wiartana, Putra, Puspa and the entire team were so good to us. The resort and the rooms are gorgeous. The food is delicious and there are so many events and amenities. The room was spotless, staff were so happy and helpful. The only thing was the road works were a pain to get in and out of the resort! I felt the free shuttle bus should have taken us further in town as it was a 20min walk it the humid heat. Or this should have been communicated before arrival.
