Room was pleasant nice bed. Overall 3/5"

Their genuine warmth and hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent, with a great variety at breakfast and delicious options throughout the day. We were impressed with both the quality and service in the restaurants. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to a wide range of restaurants, cafés, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to explore Sanur without needing transport. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with lovely pool areas and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money, great food, outstanding service, and a perfect location. We would highly recommend Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur and would happily stay here again. 🌴☀️😊"

"Highly recommend this hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, only a short walk to the main street or a taxi ride. Even though on the bypass road you cannot hear any road noise inside. It's well maintained and very clean. Breakfast buffet daily had a great choice. Staff were always helpful and smiling, the spa on sight was a bonus, not expensive and able to go back to your room straight after."

"The gym equipment felt unclean and appeared poorly maintained. Some machines were also quite noisy, suggesting possible mechanical wear.
