2 New Beachfront Homes with Pool Sleep 12

Villa Atlantis in Potrero combines two brand-new beachfront homes, with a private pool, to accommodate large families or groups of friends, sleeping up to 12 people.
These two sumptuous homes, known as the Merry Mermaid and the Mystic Mermaid, occupy a 920-square-meter lot with a third home (the Moody Mermaid). Each has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, along with a fully equipped kitchen. By renting the two homes closest to the swimming pool and beach (Merry and Mystic), you’ll have a total of six bedrooms to accommodate your party, with two kitchens and living areas.

Each home is 135 square meters (1,453 square feet). Two of the bedrooms in each home have queen beds, while the third has two twin beds that can be combined to make a king. In each home, the master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom.

The two kitchens have granite counters, breakfast bars and brand-new appliances, including large refrigerators with French doors. Both homes are air-conditioned and have their own washers and dryers.

The three Mermaid homes share a swimming pool, just a few steps from Potrero Beach and the Pacific Ocean. All come with a terrace area that has new patio furniture.

The complex is located across from Villagio Flor del Pacifico #5 on the main highway. The property is securely gated and patrolled at night by a guard.
