The hotell was nice and clean but on the website and in folders, it Said that the hotell hade a restaurant where they served food. We asked cause pretty much every restaurant where booked, and the staff Said ”no not tonight because were only one staff”. Not a good thing to adverties when the cant handel it.
Otherwise we are saticfied!

Everything was great but there was a confusion about free parking. The listing had a free parking but the staff wasn’t aware. Make sure to take a screenshot. We chose the place because of the parking but ended up living everything including the location.

Close to downtown with friendly staff
The location is great for exploring the historical downtown of Lübeck. Our room was clean, but we had to walk through an internal hallway that reminded us of saunas. The bathroom needed more attention- toilet and mold around the fan. The supposedly available parking was a small area that cost an additional 16€/day, if you could find an open space. If you had to leave there was no guarantee that you would have a spot on your return.
On a positive note, all the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

In den Zimmern stand bei Außentemperatur -10° das Fenster offen und die Raumtemperatur betrug unter dem Gefrierpunkt. Laut Rezeption gab es keine Alternativ Zimmer und es war unseren Team nicht möglich, in diesem Zimmer eine normale Nacht zu verbringen, da die Bettdecke gefroren war.
Es gab kein Wort der Entschuldigung und kein Wort des Bedauerns. Es wurde nur mit einem Achsel zucken bemerkt.
Das ist für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse unwürdig und und inakzeptabel.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall dieses Hotel für unsere Firmengruppe meiden

Var der da der var julemarked=fyldt hotel. Ingen parkeringsplads, heldigvis ligger der et parkeringshus tæt på til billigere penge.
Morgenmaden var fin, eneste minus er at man kunne stå og vente på et bord i 45 min. Spiseområdet er ikke særligt stort og slet ikke når der er mange mennesker. Så kø til et bord og ofte også kø ind til selve buffeten.
