The rooms feel run-down and could use a remodel. Our room wasn’t very clean, and the thermostat didn’t work properly. Amenities were minimal, and for the price, the value just wasn’t there. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Disney Newport Bay Hotel
We had an amazing stay at the Disney Newport Bay Hotel within walking distance to Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The interior decor in the rooms looked dated (two superior rooms were booked for this stay) and could be cleaner.

Staff all very attentive, and all areas very clean and tidy. The hotel is a little dated in areas, and definitely isn't up to current 4 star standards (Art of Marvel is also 4* but clearly more modern/up to current standard). Bedroom decent enough size, but bathroom again feels incredibly dated and shower was poor water pressure. Would rather opt for an off-site hotel if on the same budget but this was an additional night stay where we felt an additional night at Marvel would break our budget!

Very nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay. We found the rooms to be pretty nice, but definitely need updating, new paint and new doors. Bathroom door was so old and falling apart, but overall a nice resort, nice buffet. I'd stay there again.

What a beautiful Hotel. All the staff are amazing. Couldn’t be more friendly.
Hotel security checks make you feel safe. Located very close to Disneyland. Fast efficient FREE bus service.
Early morning bag drop sp you can head straight to the parks.
We will definitely be returning on our next trip.

Stayed here on a room only basis for 5 nights. A short stroll to the park entrances and a variety of shops and restaurants to chose from on the way.
The hotel room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom was spotless with a very powerful shower over the bath. The bed was very comfortable and our room was in a very quiet part of the hotel. Facilities within the hotel were great and the indoor/outdoor swimming pool was available if you needed a break from the parks.
Overall we had a very great stay at this hotel and the staff were attentive and pleasant every time we interacted with them.
