5 Sept 2026The room needed to be better cleaned and the entire hotel needs refurbishment. This is not a family friendly hotel; it’s just for a quick over night stay for travel. Fast Food is available nearby.

14 Sept 2026The stay was okay overall. However, I had specifically requested a non-smoking room, but when I entered the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It was uncomfortable, especially since I had clearly mentioned my preference for a non-smoking room. I hope the hotel can make sure non-smoking rooms are properly checked and free of smoke odor before guests arrive.

8 Jun 2026They took my reservation and when I arrived they said they were fully booked. There was no one avaliable except a security guard.I called before arriving to ask some questions about the hotel room and a lady answered pretended to be the hotel staff. She should have told me they are completely booked at that time. Once we learned about no vacancy I called back and she said we had the wrong number and that I had called her personal number and she does not work at a hotel.

11 Jul 2026I came to get into my room and the lobby staff member told me they have never had vacancies and they accidentally put it on the market. To get a refund, I had to get the agent on the phone to call the hotel and confirm I didn’t have a room. Well, the hotel literally doesn’t even have a phone. The man at the front desk said there should be a phone but he doesn’t know the number. He asked if I could hand him the phone to speak to the booking agent and didn’t understand that wouldn’t work.
While I was waiting for hours, the hotel was disgusting and the guests were walking around in their underwear. NEVER stay here
