11 Jul 2026We checked in early and Shamal was working at the counter. She was so present and helpful to us. She upgraded us because they only had us down for one bed, but we needed two and also the pool was out of service, so she put us in a suite. Very helpful.

10 Sept 2026I gave it a 2 star because our room was clean and staff friendly. But. Toilet needs work. Air conditioner omg needs thrown out sooo loud turns on and off on its own finally just had to unplug it. That's when I realized the fridge was noisy when I thought it was my husband snoring. Shampoo container was empty and we only had 1 towel. So hot in room finally opened window for air. No sleep. Breakfast mediocre.

31 May 2026Terrible environment. My wife wouldn't even get out of our vehicle. However, owner (?) gave me a suite after I was going to leave and it was pretty good lodging.

22 May 2026The room was clean - breakfast wasn’t much.
Weird person spent night in car next door all night smoking something some kind of cigarettes! Didn’t feel very safe with that outside.

23 Jun 2026This old Best Western is being remodeled and has great potential being located on Main Street. The management needs to do a better job of training their staff. For example, the front desk worker should be able to answer the question about weekly and monthly rates that are advertised on the [under repairs] marquee. No pool yet. Comfortable beds, linens and good TV.

7 Aug 2026The room was clean except the bedroom lamps did not work. They didn’t offer to switch us to another room. The price was great. Breakfast was a big disappointment, not much to offer

21 Jun 2026The hotel is conveniently located at the main road which was straight to the Mesa Verde's main gate. From there, everything was down hill: The swimming pool was closed for a while and rundown, The yard between the buildings was dirty and not maintained, broken equipment was sitting there. The coffee machine in our room was broken. When we came back from the tour at around 5:30 pm, the room was not cleaned, and the coffee machine was still not repaired/changed. (I had informed the front desk in the morning.) When I asked the front desk to clean the room, she just complaint that the cleaning crew only cleaned 20 rooms then left. However, she was willing to upgrade us to a suite, which was a nice move. That's why I gave it a 3-star, instead a 1-star review.
The breakfast was most basic: There was no real juice, only the artificial fruit drinks. the hot water was locked in a room which we had to go to the front desk to ask the clerk to open the door and get it for us. The hotel was not worth the money we paid. I definitely will not return to that hotel in the future.

19 Jun 2026Nice to get a ground floor room you can drive up to. Thought their Continental breakfast went above and beyond! Cereal and Danish, bagels and muffins of course, but also waffles, juices, different fruit, also great coffee!

24 May 2026Property need revamped, cracked stirs, no pool access, gaps in the door seal letting lots of air from outside in, AC was loud and didn’t work well, no fire or o2 detector, internet was patchy. It was as clean as it could be based off the property condition. Staff was friendly.

6 Oct 2026We had ants on the bathroom floor. They sprayed with something in a hand spray bottle. Did not work. The towel rack was torn off of the wall in the bathroom. No space to hang a towel, wash cloth or hand towel.

26 Jun 2026We stayed there nine years ago and it was a nice place. Thought we’d go back. The pool wasn’t even filled. The place felt dirty and dingy.
