Good things. The bed was comfy and the water was hot. At the price point not bad. But, my desk chair was broken. The TV and the internet had a nightly love/hate relationship. At check in I got a text saying tell us anything you need - no responses at all. Kind of an imaginary promise at. Best

The staff was polite. Room was okay for the price. I have stayed here many times before but now they have started charging for parking. I have never had to pay for parking in San Antonio at a hotel outside of the downtown area. I recommend hiding that in your pricing of the room.
