The room was okay. You did not have the greatest employees there.

Great option. Quiet and clean. Staff was so nice. Great location. Very satisfied.

Rooms were not properly cleaned from last occupancy. Trash and items were left behind. Bathroom still had hair and mirrors dirty. Had to go front desk for tissue on first morning. Suggestion microwaves in rooms there is only one in lobby to share. There isn’t anything to gather ice from vendor. Suggest ice buckets.

This is an old hotel that Hilton slapped some pretty on it and gave it a new hipper name. It should have been priced lower. The front desk clerk didn’t know how wi-fi worked so I was without that all night, plus the toilet was rusty and looked ratty.

2/10 Poor

At check in the clerk literally just handed me the room keys. Did not say anything else. I had to ask about anything I needed. Bathroom sink broken. I had to fix toilet

SPARK Orangeburg, SC is an excellent choice for travelers passing through South Carolina— there are three new Hilton properties within a 5 minute walk. The hotel was renovated less than two years ago and the staff are taking excellent care of the hotel — still feels new. The updates in the rooms were well considered — new carpet, great towels and fresh paint. There is an excellent breakfast — fresh yogurt machine and a nice tea and coffee service. There is plenty of parking. Orangeburg is a great place to stay while visiting Columbia. Congaree National Park is fantastic and close by. I would stay at SPARK Orangeburg again. Thank you for making my stay at SPARK as easy as possible. Sincerely, Alicia Bankston

Astela was absolutely amazing!! I always have stayed at this property when it was a Radission but to see the change is amazing!! Only thing I would recommend is can we get a protein on the breakfast bar. Other than that the property was amazing and we will definitely be staying there anytime we visit Orangeburg SC!! Staff was Phenomenal!!Rooms very clean and spacious!!

We drove from Virginia and checked in around 430pm. The front desk lady was very curt and seemed to have an attitude with me asking simple questions. The pool and gym were shut down for various reason (pool was a bio hazard shut down by the city and I m guessing the gym was closed because unsupervised children were constantly in it, playing on the already broken equipment). The breakfast was very basic (cereal or oatmeal with coffee), no eggs or sausages. The room itself served its purpose.
