simple & clean lodging with enough space for 5-6 people. interior and furniture could be updated but the property was very clean and well maintained. Staff was accommodating with any requests made, including a late check-out.

The property is conveniently located near our friends home. The unit is itself is very clean. It is however, dated and needs updating. The countertops in the kitchen portion were showing burn marks or scratches. The bathrooms in the two bedroom unit we had were both located upstairs. There were no bathrooms downstairs. The bed in the master bedroom was full/queen size and was fairly comfortable though not big enough for both my husband and myself. There were two twin beds in the second bedroom both were uncomfortable. The mattresses were older and the little lumpy. It did not make for a comfortable night sleep.

Spacious, two story condo unit. It's decor is best described as bland. It's worn and dated. And, it was peaceful and comfortable. It's value priced property on Cape Cod.

Nice place
Very nice place. The office was not yet open when we went to check out (8:30am). They have an early check out time (10am), so it was odd that they aren’t prepared for people that want to check out before they go get breakfast. We also had to drive our garbage to a dumpster that was several buildings away - so odd when staying in a facility with housekeeping services!

The property layout was strange. Unit space was good. We were very disappointed with the pool as it closed at 445pm. Had I know I would have booked elsewhere. Then the jacuzzi tub in the suite turned the water black. When I told the manager they didn’t seem to care much. I won’t stay again.

Très bien , service poli et courtois , on pourrais ce croire dans un camping mais avec plus de confort, habitation condo 2 chambre ces bien lit confortable, le seule bémol c'est la piscine intérieure et extérieure elle ferme à 16h45 et le gim aussi

Très grand condo, bien divisé. Tout y était jusqu’au savon à lessive. Le seul bémol avec des enfants, c’est que la piscine et le terrain de tennis ferment à 16h45. C’est vraiment trop tôt!

Nice condo development near wooded area. Tennis and swimming available. Everything needed in the kitchen including dishwasher. Our unit had a washer and dryer which was an added touch.

Awesome, minor issues, will return!
The stay was great, the property was a little outdated but it was still very roomy. The couch pull out was very uncomfortable, the springs were stabbing us. The hotib was awesome , kitchen very equipped. Lighting was nice. Having a basketball hoop was nice, too bad it doesnt have its own court though. Indoor pool was nice.lady at the desk was a peach. Paid great price in the off season.

There was a raccoon living in the attic , it was running around at 3am above the ceiling keeping my family awake at night
