Fantastic apartment in a perfect location. Clear instructions how to check in and out. Great location in hebden bridge. Excellent communication from hosts prior to visit with simple check in instructions. Parking outside was convenient. The welcome essentials basket was an excellent touch and really appreciated. Very clean. Bedrooms good size, nice and warm, my only gripe was the living area was quite small with kitchen and lounge all cramped into one area, it was fine but not what we imagined from the photos on the website which i guess is from the penthouse. Certainly wouldn't stop us visiting again though.

Noisy water pump

Need to warn potential guest about the noise of the water pump. We were in apartment 2 and the bedroom was right next to the pump. The pump runs every 20-30 seconds and had a major impact on our quality of sleep. The apartments are modern and spotless but not good if you are a light sleeper.
