Tout était parfait. Belle et grande chambre, excellent petit-dejeuner, repas du soir délicieux. Et à notre grande surprise, également salades le midi... Le personnel est charmant et fait tout pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. Belles piscines extérieures...bref de superbes vacances. Rien à redire.

Hotel čistý, wellness moc pěkné, hlavně venkovní část s přírodním rybníčkem. Ten byl ale hodně studený. Druhý bazén vyhřívaný. Pokoj s koupelnou a odděleným wc, chybí klimatizace, postel tvrdší. Jinak vše ok. K dispozici župany, ručníky. Snídaně bufet, velmi dobré. Večeře - salátový bufet, polévka, dezert + výběr ze 3 hlavních jídel (jedno vege). Uvítala bych možnost bufetu i k večeři, ale veškeré jídlo bylo výborné. V okolí jen hory a lesy, do města Villach cca 15 km. Celkový dojem velmi dobrý.

Zusammengefasst wohl mehr Schein als Sein. Die Fotos suggerieren moderne Zimmer und ein modernes Hotel. In Wahrheit hat das Hotel die beste Zeit wohl hinter sich. Auch der alte schmutzige Teppich hat mich in Anbetracht des Zimmerpreises doch eher enttäuscht. Es wirkt alles abgewohnt und das Service scheint unerfahren. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung.

Amenities (pool, sauna area, grounds) were very nice. Breakfast was quite good. Service of wait staff not great and not very friendly. Room cleaning was poor — had to request clean towels because they were not replaced 2 days straight even after left on floor. Communication was poor - never did understand about the dinner arrangements. I was told when I checked in that I could not get dinner because I didn’t have a reservation, but I’m not sure that was true. May have been a language barrier, as I only spoke English. Location is remote and not much around. Great spot for hiking and relaxing. Nice scenery.

On the plus side: Great spa area with lots of wellness activities, excellent gym (for a hotel), excellent breakfast buffet both in diversity and quality, spacious modern room with huge balcony and comfortable bed (mattress though a bit on the soft side to my liking), attentive staff, ample free parking space in front of the hotel On the minus side: Location not the easiest to reach via a poor quality B road, village offers very little in terms of restaurants

Erholung pur! Wer sich erholen möchte ist da auf jeden Fall richtig, kein Kindergeschrei da Kinder erst ab 14 Jahre erlaubt sind. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das ganze wird noch mit einem großen Flachbild TV zum wohlfühlen getoppt. Der Außenbereich ist schön angelegt, wer warmes Wasser zum Schwimmen benötigt, kommt voll auf seine Kosten, 32 Grad im innen und außen Becken. Auch für die Fitness ist bestens gesorgt, ein kleiner Fitnessraum mit top Geräten lädt zum trainieren ein. Für die, die sich verwöhnen lassen wollen, stehen zahlreiche Spa Anwendungen zur Verfügung. Das tolle Hotel, wird durch das absolut freundliche Personal zu einem Ort an den man gerne wieder zurück kehren möchte. Da kann man alles in allem nur sagen, Danke für die erholsamen Tage und die super Betreuung

Sehr angenehmes Hotel das ab November renoviert wi

War sehr angenehm man sah aber schon das viele kleine Details abgewohnt waren und der Maler an vielen Stellen gefischt hat. Das wird aber mit der nächsten Renovierung kein Thema mehr sein. So ist das Hotel sauber und das Personal sehr nett. Jederzeit wieder.
