16 Aug 2026Main Elevator was out of service, so I had to walk all the way down the hall, take the second elevator, then walk all the way back down the hall. Stairwells were dirty, one in my group had a dirty washcloth in his shower. He didn’t think it had been cleaned. One of my bedspreads had a stain on it and the beds weren’t made to the usual hotel standards. It looked like a family operation- it just didn’t have the look of the usual Comfort Inn. My room smelled like smoke and was damp and humid. I had several rooms reserved through Hotels.com and one person checked in before I got there and they gave the room to her under the wrong name which confused the whole check in. Would not recommend staying here. The staff was pleasant, but it was not well managed.

17 Aug 2025This hotel was recently refurbished and we really loved the rooms, the bedding, even the towels were excellent. The manager at check in was very nice and pleasent to chat with just a great experience.

7 May 2026Everything was fine, but not great. No carpeting on the floors made for a cold feeling room. The AC was set to 60 when I came in, but heated back up again once I switched it to heat. The breakfast was sparse and not great, and the desk help was hard to find.
