breakfast was fresh, staff was friendly, room was very clean even it was on the small side. A very nice view of Platte River from the dining room which is a big plus.

Really nice stay!
This vintage bed and breakfast was a great stay. Room was comfy and clean, breakfast was great, and the back porch was awesome for relaxing and wildlife viewing (lots of beavers in the lake and TWO black bears!) Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Mining Era Hotel nestled in the heart of ole Downtown FairPlay . Comfortable beds and you feel as though you are peacefully placed back in time when life was simple and we all had patience. The most exceptional InnKeeper Cassie makes you feel important and welcome . Great Food and the best back top floor patio for hot cocoa or coffee over looking what’s left of untouched land.

Such a wonderful stay in an historic hotel. Everyone working there was warm and inviting. Breakfast was great! The views of the Platt River were fantastic and it was a real treat to have the opportunity to explore historic Fairplay. Would 100% return!

This was everyone's favorite hotel from our CO trip - a quiet, peaceful spot with a memorable view of the river. We booked the suite at the back of the property and really enjoyed our little patio, especially for morning coffee. Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable with adequate wifi and a keurig. Breakfast was tasty with something for everyone.
