By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. DO NOT STAY HERE! They are always on a strike. Stayed here for 4 days and had to wait in a 1.5-2 hour car line up just to sleep in a hotel I paid for. It was ridiculous!!! I called in asking if there was another entrance for guests and they said no I would just have to wait in line with all the other cars trying to enter the casino. I said is that my only option? Her ruthless answer was “then just cancel” no remorse no apologies NOTHING!! The only person who was helpful, friendly and went out of her way to make my experience a great one was Alona. Sadly I only met her towards the end of my trip but she was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

There is no where to park here. The parking lot employees are on strike (have been for months) and have the parking lots barricaded. Traveled here five hours from Michigan without any warning of this. The hotel management should be ashamed of themselves for not having a plan for their guests that are staying overnight to park. I can’t believe that they are even charging money for people to stay here. I got no rest and worried that my car was gonna be towed that was parked in a mall parking lot across a very busy road.
