Great location and lovely hotel
Excellent property in a great location. 10mins by auto to water taxi, 25mins in Uber to fort kochi or travel via water taxi! Great staff, big rooms with lots of space for movement. Excellent spread at breakfast and great in room service. We also used the bar in the lobby which was vibrant and bustling every night. The cafe is also great for coffe/tea and quick bites to eat as well as amazing range of cakes/pastries for a sweet treat. Can’t fault this hotel and we have travelled extensively across Asia.

Had picked this location for convenience to shopping in Kochi. Average overall experience. Had made a booking for 3 with breakfast option. But buffet manager created an issue for dining for the 3rd person. Rest of the staff at the front desk were very courteous. Room service food quality was deplorable. Had hair in 2 of the 3 dishes ordered!

If you come here to work in Cochin shipyard is better to forget about Mercy hotel and to come directly here. It's a walking distance to shipyard and good breakfast.
