The room was really nice and fresh. The hotel is perfectly located in central Gdańsk, right by the old town on Wyspa Spichrzów, with walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the 24-hour reception is a big plus. The breakfast was also very good with a great variety – there was something for everyone.

Everything was tip top. Room, location, common areas, staff all fab. We had a drink in the bar every evening as the bar area was so nice. Didn't take breakfast so cant comment. Worst thing I have to say about the place was that the bar run out of most lagers over the Easter break. That said, a couple of restaurants we visited had the same issue - apparently Easter is Gdansk's Christmas!

Hated that i had to go to reception to get toothbrush. This was not asked at check in and given my tiredness I'd changed my clothes ready for bed to find that i gate to change back to trudge down and get the said amenities. Weirdnalso for facial tissues to be placed about toilet. Awful shower gel pump.... No slippers and carpet was gross.
