This Masseria is very new and it was fantastic. Situated just out of Fasano, it is in a great location. We spent a week here and travelled to all the key towns within 20 minutes for most and Bari was only 50 minutes away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful for information about where to go and things to see. We had a great room with a large terrace which was wonderful to relax after a day of sightseeing. Great King size bed with a walk in shower in the spacious bathroom.

Our stay at Masseria San Lorenzo was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Puglia. From the moment we arrived, Donato and Angela welcomed us like family rather than guests, creating such a warm and authentic experience that we’ll never forget. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by olive trees. Our room was charming, the bathrobes were the softest we’ve ever worn, and the fresh scent of the linens was simply heavenly. One of the most memorable experiences was learning how to make authentic orecchiette with the wonderful Nonna Teresa. Afterwards, the chef prepared the very pasta we had made, and we enjoyed it during a magical dinner beneath the string lights and ancient olive trees. The staff were exceptional. Giuseppe gave us fantastic recommendations for exploring the area, and Serena was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel truly relaxed and cared for. We also loved spending afternoons by the beautiful pool, surrounded by complete tranquility, with nothing but the sound of the cicadas in the warm summer air. Donato even surprised us with fresh mozzarella from a nearby masseria dairy…it was some of the best we’ve ever tasted. Although the Masseria feels like a secluded oasis, it’s perfectly located just 20 minutes from Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, and Ostuni, making it the ideal place to escape the crowds while still exploring the best of Puglia.

Une excellente adresse qui ne nous a proposé que le meilleur. Tant l’établissement lui même que nos hôtes. La Masseria dispose d’un très joli jardin où dîner, ou se reposer, car l’environnement est tranquille. Le petit déjeuner comme le dîner ne vous laisserons pas indifférent. Un seul regret, nous n’avons pas eu le temps de tester les activités proposées.
