30 Jun 2026A peaceful little hide away with very nice staff. Even though fully booked, several nice nooks to have quiet moments around the hotel grounds. Would stay there again.

28 Mar 2026It's a beautiful property very close to the airport - walkable if that's your style. Breakfast and drinks are delicious! We do not recommend dinner, and lunch was advertised but not available when we asked. Overall it's a good hotel option and feels very relaxing.

24 Jan 2026The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt like a peaceful nature resort. Breakfast was exceptional—very tasty and clearly made with fresh, local ingredients—and the welcome drink was a lovely touch. While the stay was enjoyable overall, the check-in process felt a bit disorganized. Still, it’s a great place to relax and unwind.

19 Feb 2025This is a wonderful property with the most amazing staff. We’ve been coming here for over thirty years and it’s still as clean and beautiful as the first time. This is not a luxury resort but a quaint holistic haven filled with birds and tropical flowers. This will always be my favorite property in Tobago.

8 Feb 2026We’ve been staying at the Kariwak since 1993. Not much has changed. It still has a plethora of birds and tropical flowers, the staff is still amazing and the rooms are still clean. If you’re looking for luxury this isn’t for you but it’s beautiful just the same. We still love everything about it 32 years later.

10 Jan 2026This is our second time at Kariwak and we really love it. This time we visited for the hokidays and New Year. Basically you are staying in a small private botanic garden waking up to the sound of the next door, rooster, numerous birds singing,, with morning yoga and delicious included breakfast. The staff is amazing. The beach is walkable but there is also a shuttle. The resort is close to the main strip in Crown Point for bars and restaurants but Kariwak has an excellent chef and dinner is delicious. This will be our place in Tobago every time we visit. Til next time.
