We booked this hotel specifically so our kids could swim for their birthdays. Unfortunately, the pool was closed each time we attempted to use it. When we spoke with the front desk, we were told there was an issue with the pool chemicals. As a result, the pool was not open on Saturday evening or Sunday morning prior to our departure.
The front desk staff were unable to provide a clear timeframe for when the pool would reopen and indicated that it was unlikely to be available during our stay. This was particularly disappointing since access to the pool was a primary reason we chose this hotel for our visit.
