12 Jul 2026I sökningen klickade vi i att pool skulle ingå. DOCK var personalen vid ankomst mycket bestämd med att poolen ingår i spa-området, och därför inte ingår i de rum vi valt (vi bokade via hotels.com). Väldigt otrevligt och ifrågasättande bemötande från tjejen i incheckningen. Dock räddades det hela upp av att hon ringde efter sin manager som kom ner och gav till slut order om att vi pga missvisande information ändå skulle få tillgång till spa-delen. Gott så! Våra rum var väldigt slitna och inte som på bilderna, vilket kanske iof sig kan förklaras av att dom verkar renovera hotellet etappvis. Jag torkade mina löparkläder på balkongen under natten och på morgonen var det fullt med råttskit på altanen runt kläderna. Kanske inte deras ansvar så klart men inte så trevligt. Vårat tips till andra resenärer, särskilt med barn som vill bada, är att noga kolla om poolen ingår (aldrig haft problem nån annanstans i Italien med detta förutom här). Annars var det 35 euro oerhört person. Upplevelsen räddades upp av den förstående managern, men det finns många hotellalternativ i krokarna, och nästa gång blir det definitivt nått annat.
